
The idea of embracing your body can bring up many different feelings for women.
I mean just me mentioning the idea probably created some kind of response in your body, thoughts and perhaps even actions.
My motto when speaking about Embracing Your Body is to be with it exactly how it is TODAY.
Not what you want it to be.
Not what it was last month, last year, five or ten years ago.
Instead it's a practice and invitation to check in to what you are feeling right here, today, in the moment, even as you read this email.
Why is this important? Keep reading and for sure do the exercise below.

Exercise
You might discover some discomfort, you may realize you were not even aware of your body, you may even discover that something, somewhere, no matter how small it is feels good, pleasurable.
You never know what you will find, moment to moment.
Be open to what you discover. Why? Because this critical information is the exact thing you need to inform you of your next move, and especially your next meal.....
OK. How did the exercise go?
Did you discover anything new?
Same old, same old?
If it's the later can you cultivate some curiosity as to why that is?
Have you shrugged off this "issue" with body to be something you have to live with or are you craving to become more aware of your experience so that you can make better choices?
BECOMING AWARE AND ANSWERING THESE QUESTIONS will start you on your journey towards Food & Body Freedom. Something I know many women are craving.
And just to mention this theme of Embracing Your Body was the topic at last months
Feed Your Soul, Nourish Your Body Monthly Meditation & Support Group.
And then after group one of the participants sent me THIS VIDEO.
I LOVE when the universe aligns and things like this synchronicity shows up.
I recommend watching it.
It will for sure twist your thinking about what a body should look like, and will support something I always talk about.
That this "issue" with embracing your body, something most women have struggled with is UNIVERSAL, not personal.
When you realize that then your personal quest to heal not only supports you but also heals the planet!!!
