How is your summer going? Have you had a chance to take some time off and enjoy the expansive weather and "fruits" of summer? I got my first summer holiday last week. My husband Chris and I took our daughter Violet, to Harbin Hot springs. We had a great time- swimming, soaking, eating great food, doing yoga and hanging with friends. It had been awhile since we took a family vacation I forgot how fun they are. (These last few years have been solo vacations and my husband and I take turns). And I am feeling very lucky- we jet set off to the Jersey Shore next week for a full family vacation with my family and Chris's.
Time off has a lot to do with eating, well rather over eating that is....and especially late night eating.
Here's the low down....

- Get hard on yourself, telling yourself such things as I should know better, I promised myself that I would not do that again, see I am a failure, I can't stop over eating.
- You might feel sad, depressed, discouraged, cranky, angry and hopeless.
